Medshield is offered by Apex Thirty6Technology Service LLP, operating publicly as Apex36 Technologies. The public site has no file uploads and must not be used to transmit protected health information (PHI), patient details, screenshots, filenames, clinical records, or production logs.
Information collected
The first-stage pilot enquiry collects:
- Name, work email, company, role, and company website.
- A broad healthcare-document workflow category.
- Referral source carried in a first-party URL parameter.
- No-PHI and contact-consent confirmations.
Qualified teams may later receive a separate technical questionnaire or scheduling link. Those services collect only the business and workflow details displayed on their respective forms.
Processing and service providers
Cloudflare serves the website, validates the Turnstile anti-abuse check, and securely forwards valid enquiries. Google Apps Script records the enquiry in a private Google Sheet and Gmail sends the acknowledgement. These providers process business-contact information only for delivering and protecting the enquiry workflow.
Purpose and access
Enquiry data is used to qualify and respond to private-pilot requests. Access is restricted to approved LLP personnel. It is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or used to train models. The site does not use external audience analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or persistent browser storage.
Retention
Rejected or inactive enquiry records are removed after 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or legal obligation.
